Granola

Granola Recipe from Roxy Furlong:
4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (not quick cooking)
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
2 Tbl. canola oil
1/2 teas kosher salt
1 cup dried fruit (cherries, cranberries, raisins, or currants)
Oven to 350. Toss all ingredients in large bowl; spread onto a rimmed cookie sheet
Bake tossing once until golden and crisp 25 to 30 min.

I left out the salt because I used pumpkin seeds that were already salted and instead of almonds, pecans were used. Fruit used were craizins, dried mangos and papaya.
