Two 28 oz prepared Spaghetti Sauce cans
One GIANT 16 oz can of mushrooms - drained
Place a layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom of the crock pot
Place seared chicken in the crock pot in a single layer
A layer of mushrooms over the chicken
Repeat as needed for the remaining chicken & mushrooms
Finish off with remaining Spaghetti Sauce
We served it tonight over Garlic Parsley noodles
My bowl - I like my noodles with just a bit of butter and cheese and the chicken on the side while Paulie prefers his covered in sauce
A meal in our house is not a meal without a salad, Paulie made a spectacular side salad with all our favorite veggies! This was a great Saturday night easy cook meal. We did out errands while the meal was cooking.
