Easy Brunch Options

Shredded potatoes, mushrooms, garlic and roasted red peppers.  Feeling lazy?  Pick up an already shredded   bag of potatoes either in the dairy section or frozen isle of your grocery store.  Now I have to admit, the pan you use is a big part of success.  I used one of our newest green pans which I will review in an upcoming video.  The home fries were made using the 12 inch while the sunny side up eggs were done in the 8 inch.

Sunny side up eggs are Paulie's favorite, just a small pat of butter with salt & pepper.  The eggs are from our backyard chickens so you might notice the bright orange yolks.
