White Bean, Avocado & Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Rinse and drain two cans of white beans

Add to food processor bowl
Add Avocado, I only had one that was ripe but ideally add two
Add a teaspoon of kosher salt
Juice of a plump lime
Add 3 garlic cloves (we LOVE garlic), a bunch of dill (parsley looked past it's prime and I don't like cilantro), roasted red peppers (2), cracked black pepper and 3 table spoons of Grape Seed or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Love this shot! You can almost smell it, right?
Pulse till it's the desired consistency - I like a little chunk still left in.  Don't forget to scrape down the sides to ensure even distribution of the ingredients
All ready for the fridge!  Cutting celery and zucchini sticks for a easy snack on hand
