Cute Nail Stencil

All you need is a tiny punch, parchment paper, office tape and nail polish.
Place a strip of office tape on top of parchment paper, place the punch over the tape covered parchment, punch.
Peal off the punched tape, place on nail, cover with polish, remove immediately, let dry.
