Last Night's Dinner - Shawarma in Gyro Bread with Tzatzikii Sause

My version of Shawarma - no spit at home so I made it from ground beef, red, yellow, orange and green peppers, onion, garlic, parsley, mint, basil, salt, back pepper and Worcestershire sauce

Homemade Tzatzikii - shredded and drained cucumbers (2 small), a 1/4 cup of dill, a couple of mint leaves, 2 garlic cloves 'minced' on a microplane, salt, black pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice - mix and let it sit to develop the flavors
