Lunch - Morning Star Mushroom Burgers & Spicy Peas

I gave up the bun for an extra burger patty, so worth it!  The spicy sauce is the same I used on last night's cauliflower so it was already on hand.  I dropped the patties into the sauce and added peas.  Admittedly, the peas should have been in the sauce a little less time to prevent that puckering but I had to step out to feed the chickens.  Multi-tasking is not always a good thing.  They tasted fabulous even if they looked 'sun dried'.  I am in LOVE with the Morning Star Mushroom Burgers.  We have to have them in the freezer at all times because of their extensive flexibility.
