Sausage & Peppers

Sausage and Peppers, technically it's leftover brats with bell peppers and mushrooms.
Nothing goes to waste in this house.  While I finish working, this is stewing in the over at 300° F for about an hour.  Then it will be served over rice to soak up the juices.
 Looks even more luscious after an hour in the oven!

Don't you just want to stick a chunk of fresh bread in to taste the sauce?
