Today's Food

Naked Pasta: 1/2 whole grain 1/2 semolina pasta, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, parsley, lemon zest and grated parmigiana Romano
3 liters of water to keep flushing out my kidneys and watermelon for desert.

  1. OMY! that was divine. Thanx for the recipe. I used Coles Simply gluten free pasta and it was delish.

    1. Cristy,
      This is the most often requested meal in our house and if there are any left overs it's reborn as a 'tart' the following day by simply adding one beaten egg and pan frying the pasta mixture. Flip using a plate the same size as the pan and then cut into wedges.
