Sunday Night Dinner - Free Form Meatloaf & French Beans

Meatloaf ground mix from the butcher loaded with veggies - cup of shredded carrots, 1/2 cup of diced green peppers, 1/4 cup of parsley, 1/2 cup of diced onions and 8 cloves of garlic 
Ketchup crust perfectly caramelized in 425° F oven for an hour 
Some green and yellow French beans that we blanched earlier today 
Once cooled, sliced on bread with crispy lettuce will make a scrumptious sandwich

Do you see all those carrots in the meatloaf, it keeps the mixture moist and adds another veggie serving to those less than receptive kids (or adults).
