Sunday Night Dinner - Korean Pork, Asian Slaw & Fresh Corn

 Korean Pork a la Bobby Flay - Recipe
Fresh corn, picked this morning and steamed for a few minutes.  I'm a purists, nothing on it but Paulie likes butter with salt & black pepper

Bonus Tip - I use this shredder for the carrots, to zest the lemon and to catch the seeds when squeezing the juice.  Love it when one tool can do multiple jobs!
