Dinner - Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin, Panko Parm Asparagus & Green Salad

The super lean pork loin was wrapped in bacon to keep it moist, roasted at 375° F till internal temp reached 150° F, removed from the oven to rest before slicing

Panko and Parm coated Asparagus - egg wash with lemon juice and black pepper, then Panko & Parm then roasted in the oven at 375° F for 25 minutes or until fork tender but before the coating burns

Green Salad - Wild greens, orange cherry tomatoes, cauliflower, scallions, broccoli, cucumbers and red bell peppers
