Kitchen Helper Tip

Save a large shaker top, I saved a Kosher Salt container, to use when making polenta.
 Chicken broth heating up ready for the polenta.
 Now just pour in a steady stream while stirring with a whisk.

    1. Thank you Pat, it works really nicely when you think you need an extra hand. I have plenty left over to make polenta cakes with mushrooms for another meal.
