Chester developed a hot spot on his tail/rump and in order to treat it (keep it clean and dry) we have to keep his tongue away from it. Being a crafty girl, I fashioned it out of two sheets or recycled Sizzix Die packages and 2 eyelets. He even has cushioning on the edge that is against his neck. He is able to drink and eat but not turn his neck towards his bum which was the entire goal. He might not look happy but we are happy he is healing.

Mary I actually made this at 2:47 am on Tuesday morning when we woke up to his licking. It took less than 5 minutes once I was in front of my supplies.
