I followed the enclosed directions precisely to perfect results of a Medium Rare flavorful steak. Although we received two, one is MORE than enough to be split. On the side we had 'over baked' potato (one actually exploded) and roasted cauliflower with Parmesan cheese. Paulie raved that he got a gourmet meal on a Tuesday night. That put a big smile on my face. Thank you Marji & Seth! Hope you enjoy your gag gift which should have arrived today....
