Lunch - Homemade Fish Sandwich & Tartar Sauce

Haddock, breaded in Panko breadcrumbs, oven baked
Tartar Sauce:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, good quality or homemade
  • 2 tbs chopped dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped Bread & Butter pickles
  • 1 tbs liquid from Bread & Butter pickles
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 1 tbs chopped capers
  • Salt & Black pepper to taste
Mix in a sealable containers to refrigerate leftovers, if you have any.
