I picked up this set of 8 Sizzix Shadow Punctuation dies from Custom Crops for $2. They make the most adorable and versatile layered images - check out the hashtag and the semi-colon bottom portion looks like a mini talk bubble!
Here is a closeup - I used my favorite black Fellows report cover stock as the shadow layer and Ivory Staples card stock for the image with a 1/8 inch dimensional foam adhesive in between for that little lift and 3D effect.
