Meatless Monday Dinner - Practically FREE

This Sole was caught by Paulie's friend, seared in the pan with a pat of butter, salt, black pepper, parsley and thyme from the garden and a squeeze of lemon towards the end.
 Brown rice leftover from our dinner at my parents on Saturday night was re-purposed tonight as fried rice - added some baby green beans from the garden, thyme, fish sauce, red pepper flakes and 2 whisked eggs from the 'Girls'.  I fry it till it forms a think crust on the bottom and then break it up again.  Everyone loves the little crispy bits.
The plate also had a nice helping of Caesar salad, the last of our House Party freebies.  So essentially, we only paid for the lemon!  Everything was fresh and tasty.
