Leftovers Reimagined - Shepherd's Pie from Meatballs & Mashed Potatoes


I diced up 6 leftover meatballs, scallions, mushrooms, frozen peas, cream of mushroom soup and Worcestershire sauce

Two tablespoons of shredded cheese a few minutes before pulling out of the oven, just long enough to melt 
 One for now and one for later (freezer bound once it cools off)

Yummy way to use up leftovers that don't taste like leftovers.
