Here's what I do, I pop into our pantry (which is in our mudroom) to see what we have on hand and then start chopping/opening.

- 1 lb ditalini pasta, or your favorite small shape
 - 1 pint of plum cherry tomatoes, cut in half or quarters depending on size
 - 14 oz can baby corn
 - 14 oz can of black olives
 - 14 oz can of artichoke hearts
 - 3 - 8 oz cans of tuna packed in water
 - 2 roasted red peppers
 - 1/2 fresh red pepper
 - 2 -3 stalks of celery
 - 5-6 scallions
 - 1/4 cup chopped dill
 - 4 tbsp Olive Oil Mayo
 - 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
 - salt & black pepper to taste
