Dinner - Mushroom Tortellini with Onion Jam and Seared Mushrooms

Heartwarming Mushroom Tortellini, from Aldi, with homemade Onion Jam and Seared Fresh Mushrooms
I used the same pan from the Onion Jam, slow cooked and caramelized, to saute the thickly sliced button mushrooms in a teaspoon of Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil, salt and black pepper
