Paulie picked two trays of strawberries, I had to save some in the freezer for off season enjoyments

Clean strawberries were de-stemmed and placed in a single layer on a quarter sheet pan

Popped in the freezer for 30 minutes or until all of them are frozen solid, then stored in freezer zip lock bags

To use - clamp around the stem
