Crock Pot Goodness

Ribs and chicken legs from the freezer, thawed overnight in the fridge, put in the crock pot between meetings.  Large chunks of onions put at the bottom of the crock pot, garlic cloves, salt, black pepper, chicken stock, vinegar BBQ sauce, ribs, chicken legs and 8 hours later this lush and rich meal.

No starch tonight but instead a huge salad, the trimmings went to the chickens.  The girls sure are spoiled!
Served in a simple bowl.
