Ingrid & I were chatting earlier tonight and both decided to join a challenge to get healthier.
- I am going to juice starting Monday June 10th for a few days to kick start my lazy metabolism
- Starting Monday I will go to swim laps at my parent's pool
- Starting Monday I will start waling for 30 minutes on my treadmill
- Minimum of 8 hours of sleep
- Minimum of 10 - 8 oz glasses of water - flat or carbonated. I will be using my Soda Stream with citrus natural concentrates without sugar
- Five small meals a day - protein at each
- Meatless Mondays - nuts, grains and greens
I am not after a weight loss number but want and need to feel better, less creaky knees and more energy without having to rely on caffeine. Want to join us? I'll post weekly check ins with my progress.
