Yum! I've been really slack with my menu planning the last week or so- hence we've ended up with things like "beans on toast" and "oven bake fish and chips" a lot!
Laura,We are trying to eat in more and eat cleaner, less processed foods and more local produce. The only way I'm able to do that with a busy schedule and full time job along with a menagerie of animals is to post it to make myself accountable. If I don't share photos, people ask so I've gotten into a habit. Prepping the same item to use a few times in the week is also a time saving technique.:) Natasha
