Dinner - Lemon Zest Tuna Sandwiches and Fab Sides

 Caramelized Brussels with a splash of Balsamic
Simple & Quick Braised Brussels - 5 minutes from pan to plate. Separate the Brussels heads into leaves by cutting off the thick stem end, pop them in a top pan with 1 tb of butter. Saute till they start to caramelize, add a splash of Balsamic Vinegar - 2 teaspoons. That's it!
Refreshing Salad - Garden fresh radishes, celery cut on an angle and parsley leaves. Dressing is even simpler - olive oil, rice vinegar and salt & black pepper.
