Trying a flavored vinegar for vinaigrettes - Fig. Ordinarily I don't keep flavored vinegar on hand because I can always flavor up a vinegar with an herb and/or pureed food. My three most used oils:
Grapeseed
Olive
Coconut
Specialty oils:
Toasted Sesame
Hazelnut
Avocado
Last but not least are spray oils:
Creamy Butter 'flavor'
PAM original
Walnut Cooking
