Trying a different approach to keeping organized, I am creating shopping lists for specific stores based on weekly circulars and then print them off on A5 size paper for my Filofax so I can check things off as picked up.  Walgreens is the only one that posts advance circulars so the others will be added on Sunday.

Tiny Dominos from Dollar Tree

Terrie Surface made me do it... just kidding. I picked up these tiny dominos from Dollar Tree after seeing her photo. There are solid plastic that sound like bone when clicking against each other. The color dots appear to be painted on and covered with a clear coat which might be easily removed with nail polish remover (have not tried yet). Each is just shy of 1 1/4 x 5/8 inches or 31 mm x 16 mm with smooth rounded edges and corners.

I have used these on all the packages from my haul and unfortunately, I am no longer a fan of the tool.  The length of the blades is just too short to be effective.  In addition, the screw holding the two blades stick out so far that it prevents even cutting which causes  extremely sharp edges.  Sadly this is going back to the store and I will simply donate the amount to the cause directly.
