Black layer cut to 4x5.25 inches and corners punched with Tag Corner Chomper from We R Memory Keepers
Graphic45's Happy Hauntings pattern paper -
Sizzix Skeleton Die #656320 - available in the Outlet for $10
Pink Twine fashioned into a working noose
Talk Bubble Punch for 'Let's Hang' message

Recipe:

Hobby Lobby Note Cards base - slightly smaller than the standard A2 size at 4 x 5.5 inches
Layer of pattern paper from K&Co - Peter Horjus Sports Mat Pad cut down to 3.75 x 5.25 inches
Cloud Punches - all three sizes are from Fiskars - XL, L & M - medium is a gift from Vicki - Thank you Vicki!
Open Road is from a Martha Steward Postcard Stickers pack by EK Success
Wooden Flourish is from KaiserCraft called Bicycle FL354
White Gelly pen from Sekura for dash dot dot border

Kraft paper from Hobby Lobby run through a Sizzix Build a Bear 'Paws' embossing folder
Bundled Sage Distress Ink used to rub over the Kraft layer to pop up the 'paws'..lol
Street Signs cut from a page of Gartner Studio Airplane Voyage paper pack
