Tonight's Dinner - Baked Halibut with Mire Lemons and Baby Bellas

Halibut fillets with mire slices, dill, salt and black pepper
I could have eaten it raw it was so fresh and tasty looking
Out of the oven, resting.  Can be served hot or room temperature.
Baked Halibut with Mire Lemons and Dill along side of baby bellas. FYI - check for puncture holes in your fingers from crafting before cutting lemons...I might have sworn like a sailor! Just saying...
