Tonight's Dinner - Asian Red Cabbage Slaw & Seared Sirloin

1/2 of a softball size red cabbage, shredded on a mandalin, red bell pepper and granny smith apples.  Simple rice vinegar dressing with olive oil, dill, lemon & lime zest along with juice and a sprinkling of black sesame seeds.  A very refreshing side or base for many summer meals
Seared piece of Sirloin, about 6 oz which cost $4.05 sliced and served on top of the slaw.

A flavorful and economical meal and can easily be made for a crowd.
