Wasabi Soy Kale Chips

One bunch of kale from the farmer's market, washed and spun dry in a salad spinner (if you don't have one just pat dry with a clean kitchen towel).
Oil mixture is:
1 tbs olive oil
1 dash of toasted sesame oil
2 tsp soy
1/2 tsp wasabi powder
1/2 tsp garlic chili sauce
1 tbs black sesame

  1. Thx for this! I love kale chips have been making them for yrs (actually made some about an hour ago :) but never thought of this combo of flavours. I have just gotten back on track with lowcarb eating and really missing my sushi & since I dip into soy & wasabi, I am hoping this will help curb those cravings :) Need to buy some wasabi powder now.

    1. Kim,
After devouring these pretty much on my own, I came up with a few other ideas - sea salt & vinegar, ranch, maple sugar and red pepper flakes. These are like tofu - take on the flavor of the seasoning so lots of fun to play with. I tosed my wasabi powder because it lost all it's potency. I'll be replacing some of my outdated seasonings, a little each shopping trip and now that's on the first list.
      :) Natasha
